We accept ACH bank transfer, credit cards, and debit cards. ACH is free and the easiest way to pay. Card payments carry a 3.1% processing fee, which we pass through at cost. All payments are processed securely and you will receive a receipt for every transaction.

We split it in half. 50% is due to kick off the project, and the remaining 50% is due when the site is ready to launch.

No problem. We can work with free stock photography to get you started, and we can recommend affordable logo options. If you'd like us to handle copywriting or branding, those are available as add-ons.

No. Our packages are all one-time investments. The only ongoing costs are your domain name (typically $12–$15/year) and hosting (typically $5–$20/month depending on your provider). We'll walk you through all of that at setup.

Yes. We build your site so you can manage the basics yourself - updating hours, adding photos, changing content. We'll walk you through how to do it at launch. If you'd rather we handle updates, we offer maintenance add-ons.

After a quick discovery call, we'll send you a short intake form asking for your logo, any photos you have, your services, hours, and contact info. We handle everything from there. Most clients spend less than an hour on the whole process.

The Full Presence package ($1,999+) includes up to 20 pages and is the starting point for larger sites. Additional pages beyond 20 are available at $50 per page. Just let us know what you need on the discovery call and we'll scope it out and give you an exact price before anything starts.

Absolutely. While we're based in Syracuse and have a soft spot for CNY businesses, our whole process runs remotely and we work with clients across the country.
